By accessing our app, Safety by C-Punks, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Safety by C-Punks. The materials contained in Safety by C-Punks are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use License
2 This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by C-Punks at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
Disclaimer
The materials within Safety by C-Punks are provided on an 'as is' basis. C-Punks makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Further, C-Punks does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Safety by C-Punks.
Limitations
In no event shall C-Punks or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Safety by C-Punks, even if C-Punks or a C-Punks authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing in Safety by C-Punks could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. C-Punks may make changes to the materials contained in Safety by C-Punks at any time without notice.

C-Punks includes links to our partner’s sites. Although, we are not in control of the contents, webcasting or any other transmissions you as a user can experience after you follow the included link. C-Punks do not bear any responsibility for the contents or any changes or updates to such sites.
Modifications
C-Punks may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Safety by C-Punks you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our users have, with certain statutory exceptions, various rights concerning C-Punks processing of personal data. These are rights:
Purchases.
Generally. From time to time, Safety by C-Punks may offer products and services for purchase (“in app purchases”) through iTunes. If you choose to make an in app purchase, you will be prompted to confirm your purchase with iTunes, will be charged for the in app purchase at the prices displayed to you for the service(s) you've selected as well as any sales or similar taxes that may be imposed on your payments, and you authorize Safety by C-Punks, as applicable, to charge you. If you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription through an in app purchase, your IAP Account will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel. After your initial subscription commitment period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically continue for an additional equivalent period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing.
Auto-Renewal; Automatic Payment
Subscriptions are automatically renewed, until you terminate or cancel the subscription. When you purchase a subscription, your iTunes account will continue to be billed monthly in advance within 24 hours of the date of the initial purchase at the price you agreed to when initially subscribing.
After each payment you will receive a receipt by email. Objections to a payment already made, should be directed to Customer support if you were billed directly by Safety by C-Punks or the relevant third party account such as iTunes. You are also be able to object by contacting your bank or payment provider, who can provide further information on your rights as well as applicable time limits.
You may unconditionally withdraw your consent to automatic payments at any time by going to settings on Safety by C-Punks or the relevant third party account, but be advised that you are still obligated to pay any outstanding amounts.
Refunds
Generally, all charges for purchases are nonrefundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
For subscribers residing in the EU or European Economic Area, in accordance with local law, you are entitled to a full refund without stating the reason during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14-day period commences when the subscription starts.
Data Breach
C-Punks we conduct effective and reliable means to secure users data and look after the safety of our service. We implemented strong precautions to prevent user’s data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Although, in the case of any unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure events that lead to a data breach, we will inform users within 72 hours.
